SingularityNET Joins Cardano

Cardano and SingularityNET announced their collaboration on 30th September, which is some very exciting news!

This means once the Token Swap service is up and running on Cardano, SingularityNET will be the first ERC-20 Token to convert at least some of their tokens over to the Cardano blockchain.

If you have not already heard of SingularityNET they are the company that built the AGI token.

They are building a decentralized AGI or Artificial General Intelligence platform with the belief that a decentralized artificial intelligence is much more preferable (and beneficial) than a centralized AI monopoly under one of the current tech giants like Google or Amazon.

This is something I completely agree with and it was one of the key takeaways I had in learning about AGI and its founder Ben Goertzel about a year ago when he was interviewed by Joe Rogan and Brian Rose.

Since then I have read Ben’s book The End Of The Beginning (One of his books) which is mind blowing!

What does the SingularityNET Collab mean for Cardano?

This first announcement of the collab means that there has been some kind of commitment to the TokenSwap service coming out soon on the Cardano Blockchain, to help develop the cardano ecosystem and set the stage for more tokens moving to the Cardano Blockchain in the future!

Right now it is just the beginning, and the more news we hear about commitments from other Ethereum Tokens migrating to the Cardano chain will only mean bigger and better things coming to the Cardano Ecosystem.

This will help really solidify Cardano’s position in the Blockchain and Financial world going forwards and will help build more adoption of the Cardano blockchain in the future!

You can read more about the SingularityNET / Cardano colab on SingularityNet’s Medium blog here and check out the full interview on YouTube with Charles Hoskinson and Ben Geortzel below.
